  • What if my website is not listed?

    If you can't find the website you need to verify in the list, just select "Other Website" from the list.

  • How do I verify my account on a website?

    First of all you need to create an account. You can do so by clicking here.
    After that you need to top up your account. The minimum amount you can top up is $5 and you can pay with your Credit/Debit/Prepaid Card, Perfect Money, Alipay, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin or Bank Transfer.

    Once your account balance is updated you go to the start page (click here) and select the country as well as the website that you want to verify. If you can not find the website you want to verify, select "Other Website".

    Simply click the button "generate number" and you will get a phone number that you have to enter on the website you want to verify.
    Only seconds after the website has sent the verification code, it will displayed here at AutoFications.
    All you have to do now is to enter the verification code on the website and you are all set.


  • What payment methods are accepted?

    You can top up your account using your Credit/Debit/Prepaid Card, Perfect Money, Alipay, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Bank Transfer.

    The minimum top up amount is $5.

  • Do you re-use the numbers?

    We will never re-use a number for the same website twice. However, the numbers can be re-used for different websites.

    For example if you get a number for a Google verification, another user can get the same number for a Tinder verification.

  • I did not receive the code?

    Just generate a new number (please blacklist the other number). You are only charged if an SMS is successfully received. If you are not receiving the SMS after multiple tries, try with a different country.

    Also make sure that you have selected the correct website in the list. If you want to verify Gmail, you must select Gmail. If the website you want to verify does not exist, please select "Other Website".

  • Do you have a mobile app?

    Yes we do! We currently only have a mobile app for Android but we are working on an app for iOS as well.

  • Can I re-use the numbers?

    It is possible to re-use previously used numbers if they are still in our system.
    In order to re-use a number, go to your verification history by clicking here.

    Only our virtual USA numbers are guaranteed to remain in our system for longer periods of time.
    Our real numbers can remain in our system anywhere from 0 minutes to 1 week after the first verification.

  • Is there an API?

    Yes there is. You can find the documentation and all other necessary information by clicking here.

  • Are the numbers virtual (VOIP)?

    All our numbers are real mobile numbers unless stated otherwise. In the activation menu you can choose between Real and Virtual numbers (see below):

  • Do you offer support?

    Of course! We are always available at your disposal. You can contact us through through our livechat (click here), or by submitting a ticket in your user panel.

  • Is there a referral system?

    Indeed there is. When you refer a person to AutoFications using your own personal link (found in the client area), you will get 10% of all deposits made by the person, added to your balance.

  • Why do I keep getting the same number?

    Make sure that you press the "blacklist" button if the website you try to verify does not accept the number or if the text message (SMS) never shows up.

  • Do you offer bulk prices?

    Yes we do but we must see consistent daily activity before activating bulk pricing. Contact support to get information regarding bulk prices. Do not forget to include the website(s) you want to verify.
